Emelia-Grace is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in Child Life and French at Aquinas College. She started volunteering this summer and is so excited to be a program intern for the Center throughout the fall of 2023. She really enjoys working with and helping children and their families. She has lots of experience with children from all walks of life through volunteering for camps, at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, and through nannying. After graduating, Emelia-Grace plans to pursue a career as a Child Life Specialist.

Outside of her passion for children, Emelia-Grace loves being active and spending as much time as she can in the sun. She loves our beautiful lake Michigan where she has been learning to wakeboard for the past few summers! Her next big challenge is triathlon training for which she will hopefully compete in the next year. Aside from being active, she loves to spend time with her friends and family and relax with a good book in a hammock.
