Ethan Shi

Ethan is a rising sophomore at Tufts University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Cognitive and Brain Science. He will be interning at the Center in the summer of 2024. Previously, he has volunteered at Gilda’s Club, an organization dedicated to providing emotional and social support to individuals affected by cancer, including their families and friends. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience through an internship at Ferris State University, where he served as an assistant researcher in a professor’s lab.

After completing his undergraduate studies, he aspires to attend medical school, with the goal of becoming a physician specializing in neurology, psychiatry, or dermatology. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he enjoys playing the piano and violin. He also stays active by swimming, playing basketball, and engaging in pickleball.
