Our comprehensive hands-on internship program is offered three times a year (fall, winter, summer) for a duration of 14-16 weeks. Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience developing and implementing program curriculums, engaging with member families, compiling member data and more.

Goals/Objectives for Program Intern

• Develop and execute program lesson plans
• Assist with special event programs/day camps
• Member engagement
• Compile surveys and data

Preferred applicants are seeking careers in Child Life, Family Development, Early Childhood Development, Recreational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Health Sciences.
Prior volunteer experience at Children’s Healing Center is preferred.
