Morgan James

As Program Manager, Morgan oversees program staff and volunteers as well as the development and execution of programs. 

Morgan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. With over a decade of experience in youth and young adult programming, Morgan has developed expertise in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and program coordination. Before joining the Children’s Healing Center, Morgan served as Executive Director at the Flagstaff Ski and Snowboard Team, a youth nonprofit in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Morgan is passionate about creating accessible opportunities for children and families to connect through movement and shared experiences. She feels fortunate to work alongside an incredible team to grow the Center’s mission and provide a safe, welcoming space for play and connection.

Outside of work, Morgan can be found mountain biking, skiing, reading or spending time with friends and family.
